Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if conditions differ from initial inspection.
A deposit may be required before starting work. Final payment must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods listed on our invoices or agreements.
The Client must provide accurate information about the property, grant access for inspections, and ensure the site is safe for work.
The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Warranties on labor and materials will be specified in the service agreement.
Classic Roofers Solutions is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications after project completion.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a service appointment.
Cancellation fees may apply for short-notice cancellations or work already performed.
Classic Roofers Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or profit, arising from services provided.
All website content, branding, and service materials are owned by Classic Roofers Solutions and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
